1. The Brief Stage
Bigtime Media will discuss all of your needs and requirements for the project in hand. All of these requirements will be documented to ensure they are included in the final site. This is the most crucial stage of the whole job and thus we make sure we both fully understand the direction in which we intend to take.
2. The Look And Feel
From the discussions we had in stage one, we will be closer to roughing out some initial designs and layouts. We will produce a graphical representation based on those discussions for you to have a look at. Changes and tweaks will be made at this stage.
3. The Site Build
Now we have the layout agreed, we are ready to start building. Before this begins, we require all of the text and images for each page that you want on the site. We can help you source and purchase images if you require. Once I have all of this from you, we will go ahead and start building the site for you.
4. The Testing Stage
Once the site has been completed, We will give you a week to play with it and test it for any bugs or to make any minor tweaks. During the build phase, we constantly check for bugs and browser compatibility, so changes should really be minimal. Once the week is up, and all changes have been agreed and made, the site will be made live for you.
4.1 Ongoing Maintenance
Should you require ongoing maintenance for the site, we are happy to discuss a monthly retainer fee. Similarly, if you need sporadic changes at random times, we can agree a one-off price per requirement to make these changes.
